Tianna Moon, a woman from East Anglia, has reported significant side effects after using the weight-loss injection Mounjaro, leading to rapid breast growth. Initially an L cup, she has escalated to a 32OO cup size, claiming this development causes daily struggles such as difficulty with mobility, especially on stairs, and challenges while sleeping due to suffocation. At 30 years old, she suffers from gigantomastia, a rare condition causing excessive breast tissue growth.
Despite initially hoping to hold the title for Britain’s biggest breasts, Tianna now desires relief over notoriety. She emphasized that a breast reduction option might not be effective, as the glandular tissue could continue to grow post-surgery, complicating her condition further. Following gastric sleeve surgery in November 2025, her breast size increased rather than decreased. Although she has turned to weight training and resistance exercises to manage her discomfort and improve her posture, she still grapples with everyday activities and experiences pain, impacting her quality of life.
