Rwanda has signed an agreement on cooperation in transport with Poland

On November 13, 2024, Rwanda and Poland signed the International Agreement on Air Cooperation known as BASA Agreement (Basic Air Service Agreement). 

This agreement was signed in Warsaw in the Ministry of Infrastructure of Poland, signed by the Secretary of State in the Ministry of Air Transport, Maciej Lasek, on the Rwandan side, it was signed by the Ambassador of Rwanda in Poland, Prof. Anastase Shyaka. What will this Agreement produce? In a short interview with IGIHE, Amb. Prof. The party said that this agreement is important, because it will promote economic and tourism cooperation between the two countries.

 He said, "Rwanda Air Transport Company, Rwandair and Poland's Lot Company have found a way to build a partnership that will facilitate the passengers of both countries, as well as other European countries neighboring Poland. ."

This agreement was signed after the notification was signed on November 20, 2023.

 The two leaders said that they are happy with the progress that both countries are making in improving cooperation in economy, investment and tourism.
