On November 13, 2024, Rwanda and Poland signed the International Agreement on Air Cooperation known as BASA Agreement (Basic Air Service Agreement).
This agreement was signed in Warsaw in the Ministry of Infrastructure of Poland, signed by the Secretary of State in the Ministry of Air Transport, Maciej Lasek, on the Rwandan side, it was signed by the Ambassador of Rwanda in Poland, Prof. Anastase Shyaka.
