The player from
Central Africa, Théodore Yawanendji-Malipangou Christian, has already said
goodbye to his teammates at Gasogi United, where he is said to be in advanced
talks with Rayon Sports, the league leader.
Malipangou had
been in talks with Gasogi United for a few days to sign a new contract, but
this did not go well and he decided to walk out.
According to
IGIHE, the player, who has scored four goals in the Championship, was playing
for Gasogi United without a written contract, rather he had only verbally
agreed with the management, so he had not yet signed a new contract.
The Gasogi United
team at the beginning of this year's Championship had brought back Théodore
Yawanendji-Malipangou Christian, after the FC Darhea team bought him without
meeting their requirements.
After not signing
a new contract, teams including As Kigali and Rayon Sports began to approach
him, where it is now said that the talks have reached far on the side of Rayon
Sports and without any changes he will start playing for them in January next
year.
The young
midfielder did not work with his teammates during Wednesday's training session,
where they are preparing for the 11th match against the Gorillas.
When we spoke to
Rayon Sports, they refused to confirm or deny whether they have indeed signed
Théodore Yawanendji-Malipangou Christian.
