A disturbing video trending on social media has triggered outrage, showing a group of women beating their friend over allegations of an affair with a boyfriend.
In the footage, the victim is forcefully held down while being slapped and whipped repeatedly by the group.The clearly shaken young woman desperately tried to protect herself as the beating went on.
According to reports making rounds online, the assault was fueled by claims that the victim was caught having an affair with one of the women’s boyfriends.
In anger, the group decided to “teach her a lesson” about staying away from other people’s partners.
