He said: “Since we arrived in Rwanda, Rwandans have welcomed us warmly as brothers. They are intelligent, talented citizens, and have shown diversity and a model of development in international competitions. This is something that should be studied and written in history books.”
“A beautiful image of this beautiful family, we look forward to seeing it on Friday evening at the Amahoro Stadium in Kigali, supporting us in the match between Al-Hilal and MC Alger.”
Al Hilal SC is one of two Sudanese teams allowed to play in the Rwandan Premier League and also qualify for international matches.
Their match will be the first CAF Champions League group stage match to be held in Rwanda in football history.
